Emily (she/her) is a Chicago based actor, singer, dancer and model.

Born and raised in Minnesota, her love for the performing arts began in her early years while studying band and choir in school. She was 12 when she first stepped onto the stage, and it quickly became clear that this was where her heart belonged. She attended high school at the St. Paul Conservatory for Performing Arts and went on to get her BFA in Musical Theatre from Minnesota State University, Mankato.

 

She started her professional career in the Twin Cities, quickly gaining credits at The Guthrie Theatre, Ordway Center for Performing Arts, Chanhassen Dinner Theatres, Children’s Theatre Company, The History Theatre, and Old Log Theatre.

 

Her entrance into the Chicago theater scene was in Drury Lane Theatre's 2023 Production of Grease where she played Cha Cha DiGregorio and understudied Rizzo. She was recently seen in the Ensemble of Frozen at Paramount Theatre and will be back later this season in Cats playing Exotica and understudying Bombalurina and Cassandra.

When not performing, she can be found choreographing at local high schools, having a movie night with family/friends, curled up with a book or more likely - checking her Instagram/TikTok accounts.
